Antony Leung
Financial Secretary, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Antony Leung has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of public finance, monetary management, economic services, commerce and industry, financial services and information technology. He previously served in senior management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (formerly Chase Manhattan Corp.) and Citicorp. At J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., he served as the Asia-Pacific Chairman. Prior to this, Mr. Leung spent 23 years at Citicorp, and worked in various regional management positions in investment banking, corporate and private banking in Hong Kong, New York, Singapore and Manila.

In the public arena, Mr. Leung has served as a non-official member of the Executive Council, Chairman of the Education Commission, Chairman of the University Grants Committee, Member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee, Member of the Board of Airport Authority and the Provisional Airport Authority, and Director of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange. He holds a B.S. from the University of Hong Kong and has completed the Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development and Advanced Management Program.
